The 2017 Morgan Bay Footprints Festival is just around the corner, bringing you the best the area has to offer with live entertainment, a diverse craft market, traditional dancing and much more. Celebrate the many facets of life that make Morgan Bay a symbol of South Africa and its future. The collective efforts of dedicated Morgan Bay locals have laid the foundations for this fantastic initiative and our community upliftment projects are now being rolled out to include the Gxara Creche, the improvements of the roads within the local area and a new recycling intiative.

The 2017 festival will be held from the 23rd to the 25th of June, offering a wide range of craft stalls, as well as live entertainment, children’s activities and sporting events. The incentive behind this year’s festival is to encourage social cohesion between the various cultural groups that make up our community demographic. We want Morgan Bay to epitomize the harmonious integration of the Rainbow Nation and offer equal opportunities to all facets of our community.

Loads of fun for the family, young and old, with live performances from some of our local talent, music, dancing, excellent food and entertainment for the kids. Don’t forget the fabulous craft market at Yellowwood Forest. Join us in creating social cohesion throughout the different cultural groups that make up our economic community demographic. Help us to create a Festival that epitomises the harmonious integration that our Rainbow Nation should encompass!

We hope to encourage all visitors to reduce their carbon FOOTPRINT over this special weekend, choosing walking or cycling as your preferred mode of transport. Explore Morgan Bay on FOOT if possible! We guarantee you will have a fun and memorable time and we look forward to welcoming you to our home!
